Terms of service

These terms apply to BC Object Registry, a service by OnlyBCFans ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

BC Object Registry helps you track Business Central object ID ranges, issue new ranges and avoid collisions. It is a web portal and an API. It is not affiliated with Microsoft.

Accounts and workspaces

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure.
A workspace belongs to an individual or to an organization identified by its email domain. Organization admins manage members, API keys and the subscription.
You're responsible for what people in your workspace, and API keys you create, do with the service.

Your data

Your registry (apps, ranges, tenants, environments) is yours. We process it only to provide the service.
You can export it at any time, including after a subscription lapses.
We don't sell it, and our own administrators can't read it (see the Privacy policy).

Plans and payment

Free has limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you turn renewal off.
If a renewal isn't paid, your workspace becomes read-only after a grace period: you can still sign in and export, but not change the registry or use the API, until you resume.
Prices can change with 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other workspaces, overload or reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. A range issued by the registry records an allocation; it doesn't guarantee that objects in your code don't collide with ones registered elsewhere.
